The day kicked off with an early train ride from Leuven Station to Antwerp-Central, setting the tone for a day of adventure and teamwork. Upon arrival, the team participated in two exciting team-building activities, one in the morning (The Park Playground VR Antwerp) and another in the afternoon (De Koninck City Brewery). These activities were crafted to challenge participants both mentally and physically, requiring them to collaborate, communicate, and think creatively to solve tasks as a group. The morning activity was particularly active, encouraging everyone to move around and work together to accomplish goals, while the afternoon activity focused on furthering team cohesion in a more relaxed setting.

Throughout the day, team members had the opportunity to bond, share ideas, and strengthen relationships, all while having fun. The activities were designed to push individuals outside their comfort zones, encouraging them to support each other and collaborate in new ways.

After the team-building challenges, the group gathered for a well-deserved lunch and concluded the day with a delicious dinner in Elfde Gebod Cathedral, where everyone reflected on the day's experiences and the strengthened bonds they had built.

This lab day was a true testament to the power of teamwork, offering an opportunity for personal and professional growth while ensuring plenty of fun along the way. The success of the day highlights how team-building activities can foster a positive, collaborative work environment, and we look forward to more events like this in the future!
